When do the Parish Council meet?

Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, at 7pm in the Parish Rooms, Lockerley. The meetings alternate between main Parish Council meetings which follow a formal agenda, and Working Group meetings which are informal and un-minuted. All are welcome to both meeting types.

Where can I find the agenda for the next meeting?

We try to publish the agenda for the main Parish Council meetings at least a week before the meeting. The agenda can be found on this website and will also be posted on the village notice board which is towards the Lockerley end of the village on the south side of the road.

Can I raise a topic at an upcoming meeting?

Yes. Please contact the Clerk at least 10 days in advance of an upcoming meeting to have it formally added to the agenda, or you can attend the meeting in person and raise the topic in the open forum that is always held at the beginning of each meeting.
